Ingredients:

4 pounds rainbow or ruby chard, stems chopped into 2-inch pieces, leaves cut into ribbons

3 cups chopped rainbow chard (leaves and tender stems)

1 cup radishes, sliced

1 cup boiled potato, diced

1/2 cup green onion, diced

1/2 cup fresh dill or parsley, chopped

4 cups plain kefir (or 3 cups kefir + 1 cup cold water for a lighter texture)
